Taking care of your valuable time, we present the most important conditions regarding the withdrawal from the contract and the return policy of the products purchased at THE SHOP www.lovlisilk.com.

Good communication is very important to me, so I want to describe, in an accessible way, our procedures in the event that you decide to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract of the purchased products and return them to THE SHOP.

Please note that the rules below do not violate the applicable provisions of the Polish law and are consistent with the content of the Regulations available in the „Regulations” tab.

 

1. To effectively withdraw from the contract, please submit a declaration of withdrawal. You can do this using the withdrawal form available at: contract withdrawal form. . You can also use your own form or write it by hand.
2. Please submit your declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address customercare@lovlisilk.com before the order processing process starts. In case of withdrawal after the order fulfillment process has started, please contact us at: customercare@lovlisilk.com
3. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to yor address. To meet this deadline, simply send us information about exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before this deadline.
4. As a Seller, we are obliged to return all payments received from you.
5. We will refund received payments using the same payment methods that you selected in the purchase transaction.
6. The above right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you are an entrepreneur, but only if you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights. Explanations of these terms can be found in the Regulations.
